Park Place, a community of 305 apartment homes within the larger Gallery Park mixed-use masterplan situated in the Southeast Valley on the border of Gilbert and Mesa, Arizona. Designed to offer an authentic live–work–play experience, Park Place supplement the areas limited offerings for residents seeking convenience, community, and elevated urban living—all in one place. Whether it’s walking to work, meeting friends at a neighborhood café, or enjoying the planned parks and retail, residents of Park Place will benefit from a lifestyle that prioritizes walkability, accessibility, and quality of life.
Optimus played a key role in the early success of this multi-phased project by providing full preliminary due diligence, entitlement services, site surveying, and civil engineering. With early retail and open and thriving, additional phases under construction, and further phases in design, Optimus’s team of professionals has been key in helping navigate the municipal and county review and approval processes.
