On the Boards:
Gallery Park is a transformative 40-acre, “live, work, play” master-planned village totaling over one million square feet. Located at the Power Road and San Tan 202 Freeway interchange in the Southeast Valley, the project lies on the border of Mesa and Gilbert, Arizona. Upon completion, the multi-phase project will include Class ‘A’ office space, retail and restaurants, an upscale lifestyle hotel, an extended stay hotel, luxury apartments, and urban-style lofts above an activated Main Street streetscape.
Driven by the master developer’s vision, Optimus has been key to the project’s realization. From early-stage planning to public infrastructure design, grading, drainage, and utility coordination, Optimus has literally designed the “groundwork” for the masterplan, and continues to provide services for early phase retail, both hotels, the multifamily and beyond. With future phase utility demands in mind, Optimus ensures that the backbone infrastructure is appropriately sized and strategically located to support every element of Gallery Park through its full build-out.
